OS ini adalah kelanjutan dari Windows 7 Ultimate Lite Edition x86, namun untuk sekarang sudah service pack 1 pada windows 7 ultimate lite ini dan bisa anda pergunakan untuk versi 32bit maupun 64bit. Ada beberapa perubahan dalam Windows Seven Ultimate SP1 ini yakni

• Internet Explorer 9 (Google is default search engine and home page)
• Windows Mail (working)
• Windows Fax and Scan
• Windows Defender (on by default)
